JM: What is the art of success for parenting, according to you?
AKM: Let me start with an anonymous quote, which is quite relevant in this context. “At the end of the day, the most overwhelming key to a child’s success is the positive involvement of parents.” Rightly so, parenting involves a certain amount of discretion. There is no standard rule for all children. Different children may need different levels of attention, expressions of love, and toughness. Being a parent can be one of the most rewarding and fulfilling experiences of one’s life, but a challenging task for lifetime as well.
JM: What needs to be done to be a good parent?
AKM: No matter what age the children are, the work is never done. To be a good parent, one need to know how to make their children feel valued and loved, while teaching them the difference between right and wrong. Despite of the feeling, love and care of a parent for their child, parents are incapable to unabridged it in their strenuous life. Resolving the problem and armed with unparallel passion for life and people, we have introduced ‘The Art of Success’ (successguruakmishra.com) for parents who experience the same dilemma. Art of Success teaches the parent to create a nurturing environment where the children feel like they can thrive and develop into confident, independent, and caring adults. In the quest to be good parents, very often the same mistakes our parents committed while raising us gets repeated on our children. In this age where technology is taking over our lives, one often loses sight of reality and parenting. Thus this seminar instils in parents the confidence to tackle parenting.
JM: What is the advantage of this seminar?
AKM: We continue to motivate and inspire thousands across the country and globe through our ‘Art of Success’ seminars where we bring together scientific techniques and spirituality to instil performance and personality. Our seminars have benefited and motivated not just parents, but even students, corporate, teachers, and managers. What we do is to devour the participant’s conscious of their entrapped potential and getting over their obstacles. We espouses a holistic approach when it comes to parenting. In our seminars there is an equal emphasis on the various aspects of parenting. Nurturing your child with a proper technique is a must which is attained only with managing mind, time, energy, and relationships by working constantly on mental, physical, social, emotional, financial, and spiritual development.
JM: What exactly is the problem with parenting?
AKM: The problem with parenting is that it does not come with a manual, so many a time as parents one isn’t aware of whether we are in the right track or not. This training is not a manual, even better this training is a guide to successfully achieve skills of customising parenting required for each age of child and their development. Our team takes a sincere initiative for all the parents to help them develop and adopt a genuine manner for the upbringing of their child.”
