To spice up the winter, Khandani Rajdhani is organising Hemat-e-Rutu food festival. As winter is the right season for the gastronomes to savour the finest of delicacies.
The highlights include the ever popular Undiyu, Bajri Rolta, Haldi ki subzi, Sarso ka saag, Gajar halwa and more. Rajdhani’s signature Undhiyu is a combination of sweet, sour and spicy tastes subtly blended wth farm fresh vegetables like green garlic, tuver lilva, surti papadi and sweet potato.
Aji Nair, VP, F&B Divisionn, Mirah Hospitalty, said: “This is one of the most exciting times at Rajdhani that our patrons eargly wait for. Guest have relished our winter delicacies over all these years and t is indeed a pleasure to introduce the festival again. We will be serving traditional Marwari and Gujarati dishes with ingredients that all of our units will be preparng these dishes on a rotational basis so that there is something new served each day throughout this month-long festival.” The festival will conclude on January 10, 2015.
