The apex body, Automotive Component Manufacturers (ACMA) has condoled the sad demise of Tata Motors’ Managing Director, Kark Slym in Bangkok, Thailand. ACMA is deeply saddened by the untimely passing away of Karl Slym, a statement issued by ACMA said.
Expressing deep shock Harish Lakshman, President, Automotive Manufacturers Association of India (ACMA), said: “It is indeed very unfortunate that the automotive industry has, today, lost a distinguished leader.
His loss comes at a juncture when the industry needed him the most. A committed and true-friend of the supplier community, he will be greatly missed. In this hour of grief, our thoughts are with Karl’s wife and family”.
The Automotive Component Manufacturers Association of India (ACMA) is the apex body representing the interest of the Indian Auto Component Industry. Its active involvement in trade promotion, technology up-gradation, quality enhancement and collection and dissemination of information has made it a vital catalyst for this industry’s development.
