Hyundai launches new dealership outlet in its home turf of Chennai

The Chennai-based Hyundai Motor India Ltd (HMIL) today inaugurated another new dealership – ‘Vinayak Hyundai – Amra Motors Private Ltd’ situated at 14 & 15, GST Road, Tambaram Sanitorium, Chennai – 600047.
According to a company statement, promoted by Mahaveer Bafna and Prathaap Bafna, the new showroom and workshop is spread across a total built up area of 57,500 square meters and boasts of a capacity to showcase the entire range of Hyundai cars. Hyundai believes that given the average time a customer spends at the showroom, the customer and his family should be taken care of in every way.
Commenting on the opening of the new dealership, BS Seo, MD & CEO, HMIL said: “Chennai is a significant market for Hyundai and the opening of this dealership will help strengthen our presence in this region in order to meet the growing demand for Hyundai products in Tamil Nadu. Vinayak Hyundai’s modern-premium showroom will help HMIL to provide prompt and efficient service to our valued customers in this region”. Hyundai has a large sales and service network in the country with 385 operational dealers and 23 dealerships in Tamil Nadu. Currently, HMIL enjoys a market share of  16.4 percent in Tamil Nadu.
