With an aim to cater to the needs of its growing Japanese guests in the city, Southern Spice has translated the entire menu into Japanese, ensuring that the meal experience does not turn out to be a guessing game for the guest. This translated menu will offer a glimpse into the exotic culinary mosaic of the four Southern States of Tamil Nadu and prepare guests for the exotic experience that will follow. The menu will also enable the Japanese guests to understand the flavour of the dishes better. This is the first of many such initiatives by Southern Spice to take traditional south Indian cuisine to the international markets and create better awareness of the diversity of the culinary landscape.
