Ashok Leyland John Deere launch 435E Backhoe Loader at EXCON 2013 in Bangalore

Ashok Leyland John Deere Construction Equipment Company, the joint venture between the Chennai-based Hinduja Group’s Ashok Leyland, the flagship firm, which is involved in the manufacture of commercial vehicles and the US auto maker John Deere, yesterday launched the 435E Backhoe Loader (BHL) at EXCON 2013 being held at the Bangalore International Exhibition Centre.

The product launch comes at a time when the current economic conditions demand even more cohesive focus on efficiency and operating cost. Focussed on these needs, Leyland Deere launched the 435E Backhoe that is specifically targeted at first time users, offering them ten percent improvement in fuel cost.

Leyland Deere’s 435E BHL offers reduction in cost of operations and delivers savings upto 20 percent of the EMI value to the customer, giving the product an important competitive edge. The 435E BHL is backed by best-in-class after sales support with a service engineer to machine ratio of 1:8, rapid response mobile service vans and a dedicated call center. This enables Leyland Deere to offer the Indian customers an industry best-in-class Mean-time to Restore (MTTR), thereby maximising availability of the machine and earnings for the customers. The company is taking part at the ongoing four-day exhibition, EXCON 2013 at stall numbers such as 58, 59, 64 and 65.

The 435E delivers superior value by addressing a customer’s core needs of higher fuel efficiency, superior reliability and durability, greater machine uptime and lower operating cost. Its rugged structure ensures performance under the most demanding operating conditions.
