India’s largest and longest running open quiz – ‘The Landmark Quiz’ retuned to Bangalore! After the stupendous success over the years, India’s leading entertainment and leisure retail chain once again brought to Bangalore the most challenging and exciting quiz of the year, ‘The Landmark Quiz’, according to a statement issued by Landmark. With over 1 lakh participants, this popular Quiz was hosted by veteran quiz master Dr Navin Jayakumar.
‘Heroes of Olympus’ swept away The Landmark Junior Quiz title, with Vishesh Guru, Sudev Madhav and Prasanna Kumar battling it till the end. First and Second Runner-ups were Team ‘Quizzomaniax’ and Team ‘Quizzing Hurricane’. “One thing that has not changed is the enthusiasm of the Bangalore quizzers and that is what makes the quiz so special”, Jayakumar pointed out.This time, Landmark ramified the quiz into another segment called “Landmark Junior Quiz”. With no age limit, there was something in store for everybody. The special rounds like the buzzer round and speed round definitely kept you thinking on your feet. The audience and the participants witnessed all the excitement and hysteria of some high level quizzing coupled with loads of fun at the Landmark Quiz over the weekend.
The veteran Quiz Master Dr. Navin Jayakumar has been the face of Landmark quizzes for over 10 years now. He very effortlessly manages to captivate the audiences’ attention with his enigmatic personality and superlative sense of humor.
